Mom As Can Be Introduction —

2024 Pre Baby Shower

I was stepping into a whole new role. It would literally change my life forever!

Introduction

After much procrastination, I am finally sitting down to write my first blog post. Mom As Can Be came to me about 2 months ago. After becoming a first-time mom to my beautiful baby girl in 2024, I realized how much of a difference having a supportive community made. I’ve been living in Atlanta, GA since 2014, but most of my family still lives in Florida. In addition to the help of my husband, I can say that I’ve been very blessed to have my family’s support throughout my motherhood journey. My brother, mom, and dad are constantly flying into town to visit. I’ve had extended family fly into town to help out as well. I’m about 99% sure someone has been to visit at least once per month since having her, if not more. It’s truly been a blessing.

On the other hand, there’s just something I know would add tremendous value to this journey, taking it up a notch. I’m talking about having a community of moms supporting other moms going through similar experiences. Mom As Can Be is the platform for women needing a safe space to show up as themselves and be accepted as moms being the best mothers possible. With all we endure, we continue to show up, giving all that we can. Some days better than others, but it’s how we continue to move forward with all that we handle in our day-to-day lives.

If you’re still reading, thank you! We’re getting somewhere. Hopefully, you’re not thinking this is just another “mom blog.” I don’t want it to be. My goal is to build a strong foundation of community between women who are really looking to connect and discuss topics we can relate to. Here, we can be seen as more than just moms. You can look forward to blog posts about my personal experiences, product recommendations, self-care and wellness, inspiration, community discussion, and much more! I want Mom As Can Be to serve as a resource to you navigating the challenges of motherhood and to provide a sense of community. Most importantly, I want this space to provide true support to all things motherhood.

I challenge you to do something for yourself. Join below and become a part of a much-needed community.

SN: I will always have comments turned on to encourage feedback from you. Here, we value your thoughts and want to hear from you!
